This cap created with working on the waterfront in mind.  A refreshing change from the ball cap, I make this hat in various found plaid wools, olive wool (made from vintage Army blankets), navy wool, and charcoal wool.  The brim is distressed leather, and all caps are fully lined.  
 
This hat is designed and hand crafted by me in my studio in Maine.  It is available in 5 sizes — S, M, L, XL, XXL.  Measure your head just above your eyebrows and ears (where your hat would fit comfortably) with a cloth tape measure to get accurate sizing.  Make sure it is pulled a bit tighter if you like to wear your hats that way or alternatively, a bit looser if that is your comfort preference.

Small, 21-3/8", 54.5cm, hat size 6-7/8
Medium, 22-1/4" to 22-1/2", 56.5 — 57cm, hat sizes 7—7-1/8
Large, 22-5/8" to 23-5/8", 60cm, hat sizes 7-1/4—7-3/8
X-Large, 23-3/4" to 24", 60—61cm, hat size 7-1/2
XX-Large, 24-1/2", 62cm, hat size 7-3/4
